would be nice if I could actually purchase an item. It'll freeze when I click add to cart so I'll save it in wishlist then move to cart and it disappears. I've used the site in the past but now it's just a waste of time
I have tried throughout the day today to login on my laptop only to be kicked off and greeted saying that it's down for maintenance. if you idiots are down for maintenance then why in the hell am I still logged in on my phone and app
This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life.I tried placing my first order with them only to spend two weeks calling their horrible customer service and having them mess my account up even worse only to cancel my order And not give me an explanation, why my only regret is I can't give this half a star. i don't do bad reviews like this. But this company is ridiculous
while it seems convenient, it's really not in the long run. Especially for travel. I would never use them for travel again. They jack up the room prices and refuse to help you if life does decide to happen. God forbid your flight gets canceled or something happens. They won't change, help, or work with you in emergencies They're so petty with it the lock the reservation so neither expedia nor the hotel or car company can help eventhough they were willing to help. It's how they keep our money
Payments have been coming out of my paycheck since August 29th yet haven't gotten credit for any of the almost $300 that has been taken from my check!
constantly crashing and kicking me off the site
loved until I couldn't log back in for months. contacted support no one got back to me...
item in my cart somehow got up to quantity 4 and every attempt to reduce, remove or save for later doesn't work. called for tech support, and 3 days later, same thing so I'm functionally unable to complete a transaction.
every time I make a purchase it gets canceled. it ends up being canceled
