It's nice when it works.. The purchasing power app refuses to work. Keeps making me sign in and not getting anywhere. I'm going to stick to the website for now until this issue gets fixed.

Regretfully there are a few known compatibility issues with the 6.1.1 versions and our older versions of the app. Please uninstall and re-install the app. If trouble persists, please move forward with the website version.
I have not been able to use the app for a couple months. I have u installed and uninstalled several times and still nothing.
The new update was useless. Can't use that app at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Been like this for a long time.
What is going on? No information available to be viewed every time I need to access my account, it keeps logging me out, same issue happens on the actual website...it's been almost a month of this.
The app started to work for me when I uninstalled and install again might work some people
I'm still having a hard time seeing things. The menu under shop doesn't have anything. It asks me to click to unlock and then asks me to log in again. I can't see my statements too.
App hasn't worked in 3 months now
Doesn't work right anymore. App always thinks I'm a new customer.
It continues to go back to the log in page as soon as I select anything. I had no problems with this app until a few months ago
