App is slow and cumbersome. It needs a rating and review system so people know what to expect with their purchase. Merchandise is very over priced which is not a surprise. Return policy is non existent unless item is unopened or defective. For example we purchased 2 smart watches that do not meet our needs but are stuck with. Edited to add I emailed as requested several times with no reply.

Having issue getting verified with cellular number and that only link they will use instead of my email ...site say you can place order over phone and they wanted a deposit but when your ordering online there no notifications of this what difference between the two...been over a week since they started ...every time call in it will be another 24 to 48 buisness hours ...so ready too give up and buy at store ...I'll come out cheaper
