Awful, in the begining was fine , now for about 4 months now i have tried to get on the website it just tells me to update my info, everytime , i have the same information as i had for 3 years now, i dont know how many times i have called to speak to representive and i keep getting the same answer "give it 24 hrs to be taken care of then i can log in, well.NOPE" still cant log in and purchase ,it still says the same thing! Update my info, Wow" can anybody help these people to fix this system?

Most of the time it says access blocked or you use a coupon to buy something and it disappears...

Everything is there, BUT...app wont save my password or keep my fingerprint log in. Have to sign in every time the app closes. Also, while the app is open it randomly prompts you to reauthenticate with fingerprint. Multiple other biometric lock apps and none behave like this.

Hi Scott, There is an issue with Samsung and fingerprint recognition. It doesn't work on certain apps like bank accounts as well. Samsung is currently working on an update for all Samsung phones.
I can't sign in anymore. The app keeps saying that they don't recognize my email. This is my second time having to go on internet and restart my password because even that they say I have wrong. Sad this app needs major fixes. I've never had this problem until the new update.

l recently placed a order for a blue g9 phone and the wrong shipping address and when I tried to cancel the order it didn't recognize my phone number when it had just sent me an access phone. I am totally freaked because I previously updated my shipping address and the others should no longer be on file. I am very disappointed because I won't recieve my order. Can't load new app on LG K40. Have app loaded on old phone works great on it. But won't load on new phone. Good thing I didn't throw old phone away. On my LG K40 app keeps telling me to download newer version but it won't load on LG K40.

I've been a loyal customer but for some reason no they updated the security system it's not recognizing my phone..... I've called, chatted and dey all say the same the it takes up to 48 hours to do what (nothing) it's been going on for a month now ......I'm seriously disappointed.......now I'm still waiting another 48 hours smh

App keeps crashing but this site should crash harder to be honest, i purchased a tv 2 years ago with them having access to weekly payments and things were good for the first couple of months then get multiple calls about they weren't receiving payments but duh who's fault was that? Then they drew three hundred out of my account until i forced them to reimburse my account and explained to them that if you're going to run this kind of business than have your ducks in a row.
