App is functional. I had no problems last year with them. Ordered and recieved my items, and deductions were taken. Perfect. Lately tho I have had several payments not post to my purchase power acct. They def took them out of my paycheck. Customer service is basic, goes by the same script. Need to wait 14 days. Ok 14 days go by. Still nothing. Oh we will look into that, so we need to wait additional 3 full business days. Really unhappy and getting irritated.

Right before Christmas I PAID for 2nd day air and recieved my package on the 3RD DAY!! I've contacted purchasing power and yet to recieve my refund, its been almost 3 weeks, I was told it would take up to 48hrs!

I love this damn app
The app works great but the service is a shady rip off. For example the MSRP of an iPhone 11 pro 64gb is $999 they list it for $1678 that's almost 2x the cost, even iPhone 8 are listed over $1000. I know they should make some money off of each transaction but almost 100% profit per item is ridiculous.

I was really excited to use them through my job but they seem determined to not sell me anything. Got a laptop with expedited shipping and on the day it was scheduled to arrive I got an email saying my item is out of stock so order was canceled. I called and a rep said if I picked a different computer I would be able to use their promotion of the day to get expedited shipping for basic shipping cost. I upgraded to a better laptop but couldn't select expedited shipping. Such a joke!
