The entire team was so welcoming—from the receptionist, Tiara, to the amazing nurses Tiffany and Susana, and NP Susan. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. It’s also so nice having your own private room, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxed and personal. You can really tell they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable here. I’ve been to several infusion centers, but this one stands out as the best by far.
The employees are ALWAYS excellent in their service. They ask questions, show concern, and make sure I am comfortable during my visits. They make sure I understand the process step by step. It is always a pleasure being treated by them.
Tiffany is an incredible nurse, so gentle and skilled when placing IVs, which makes every visit so much more comfortable. I really appreciate how the entire staff remembers me, even though my last visit was back in October. That level of care and attention means a lot. Suzanne is always warm and welcoming, and she does an amazing job just like the rest of the team. Tiera is exceptionally kind.
