Extremely rude staff after I bought my jeep 4xe in for recalls
WHEN ITS TIME TO PICK UP MY CAR I HAVE A HARD TIME WITH STEPS I WISH THERE WAS RAMP TO GO DOWN
1. The contact rep texted me and I don't do text. If he had discussed this, I would have told him to telephone and leave a message. 2. He did not remind me that you charge 3 % for payment by credit card. Had he done so, I could have brought a check for full pmt. and saved myself money on a $2,500 + bill and you would have made just as much.
Took car to another mechanic Said that many service items were not needed at this time
Inconsistent communication with my salesman. No communication from the finance department regarding license plates or financing. Driving around with expired temporary tags. Phones calls to salesman rejected and messaged to text. Should not have expected the same service as I received when I purchased my 1st car.

Service Advisor is a loose cannon. Didn't communicate to me at all what was going on. Definitely recommend buying a car from Quality Mazda, just DONT service it there.
When I got the car back valuable belongings were missing.
Issue not resolved . The AC now smells bad
