I said twice to reset the trip gage and to set the service interval for 6 months instead of 4 since I drive very little. 1. They did not reset the trip gage until I returned and had them do it. 2. They did not reset the service interval and said the factory sets it. You can reset it in about a minute from"Settings."
Price increased significantly since last oil change only 3 months ago ($66 up to $109) and now they also charge 3% credit card fee. Service has also gone down. They used to provide a video inspection report and the 40 point inspection written report and this time I got nothing.
They took 2 months to fix my car plus they lost my lug nut key and never apologized or offered to replace it. They reported to carfax that my car had 30,000 miles when it has 24,000 miles
Service used to send walkthrough videos of the point inspection with oil change. No video of vehicle inspection and customer service was not up to par.
Inspection failed to detect rear wiper was worn out
Tried to upsell on a lot of unneeded repairs (things that were just done recently)
Took over a month to work on my car
Extremely rude staff after I bought my jeep 4xe in for recalls
WHEN ITS TIME TO PICK UP MY CAR I HAVE A HARD TIME WITH STEPS I WISH THERE WAS RAMP TO GO DOWN
