Had a problem with my left eye - it was totally bloodshot. They gave me good advice on how to proceed taking care of my eye and what kind of drops to use. They also gave me several ideas of why this might have happened to my eye. Good care always.

Great experience was treated with respect and a smile 😊 was nervous and embarrassed but Tiffany made me feel like I mattered and had nothing to worry about, she was professional and amazing and because of her I won’t go to any other urgent care again other than the one in Crystal River, She deserves a raise and praise.
