Waited there for multiple hours for a DOT Physical then was passed up for somebody who walked in after me being there well over a hour and a half because the people working knew him he was in and out before me and had no wait will not be going back !!

I was diagnosed with allergies after I said my whole family and extended family is very sick. Today I am in Publix buying anything I can to relieve my “allergies”.. feel dead
Waited five hours. I was the only person left in the waiting room when all med staff went to lunch, even knowing I’d been very sick for over a month. The failures I witnessed during the five hours are unacceptable! Forgetting oatiwnrs, not having labs ready for pick up, lying about the waiting time and zero flu and Covid test kits that should be announced immediately.

Tiffany wanted to remove my husband’s diagnosis of diabetic from his chart, wanted to check my blood sugar but had no test strips and Sara wanted to give us Covid tests and had none. She also said she would recommend a dermatologist but didn’t follow through. When I called Friday, Helen said to goggle one.

The wait time was unbelievable got there at 345 wasn’t seen till 7 pm that’s was to long for a sick 4 yr old to have to wait

People there are very nice, but very expensive for an uninsured senior who has to pay so much for five minutes maybe less of consultation. The front desk told me $30.00 for a simple consultation and they charrge me 130.00 for a sore throat.
