I waited 6 hours to be seen and when it was my appoitment time they just moved me back 2 hours more. I left the facility in an ambulance.
Had to wait 1 and a half hours to go back to a room. The assistant was very kind and caring though, she couldnt have been better!
There was a 2 1/2 hour wait to be seen for an urgent care. We you feel horrible you don't want to wait that long. Why you closed the one in Homosassa I don't know. I will not be back I'll drive 30 minutes to Brooksville.
The reason I did not rate higher I called before I went to specifically ask if I need an apt and was told no, got there and was told I had to make an apt and it would be for 2 hour wait time
45 minutes waiting after waiting in room to be seen. Staff nice.
They did not help me when I had ask they act like it was a game that I had all the time in the world
Very painfull!!! All I needed was a DOT Physical. The provider was great but office staff was terrible. Had to go back four times they would say they would call me but never did. It took me stopping and sitting for hours. The only time I would get movement is when I sat in the office I would not recommend any one to go there. I know I will never go back🤕
The wait time was insane it took 5 hours to get help.
I arrived at 9:30am. Was told that there was 6 people ahead of me. I know for a fact one of those patients only had poison ivy. I Was not seen until 12:30pm. A 3 hour wait sitting outside in the FL heat. Once called back, my appt. Only took 10 minutes. The NP was able to diagnose but informed me that they did not stock ear wicks, which i needed for treatment. My ear closed up in the 3 hours i was made to wait.
