First in line when they opened at 9:00 am. Didn’t get to see the first nurse until 9:45. Total disaster with her and the PA.

I arrived with a broken wrist and waited over 90 minutes to see a doctor.
I was called at 4pm and told I had a 6pm appt. Arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't seen until close to 7pm. The doctor didn't even clean the puncture wound just looked at it and told me to take antibiotics if redness wasn't gone by the morning.

The dr Donna was a rudest lady I have ever met
To add to the disrespect that a certain physician directed towards me and I won't mention any names because I'm a man who gives the opportunity for a apology. I was treated there for a work related injury to were I couldn't barely walk in my knee at all. Let me tell you what was said by this certain physician. U can return to work not how painful is it or how do u feel about the situation no it was u can return to work. Mind u I hadn't had a MRI done yet but I can return to work. The dr saw me 20 min before closing. I had an ear infection. It was starting to really hurt. Happy I could quickly get in and out. My antibiotic for my ear is working. Thank you.
The staff was very friendly and professional. They were able to get me my physical after another relocation forgot to sign the physical. I needed it immediately so I could start in 4 days.(the other site was closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so couldn’t get it signed).
