The whole process of making an appointment and getting there was easy, upon arrival I met with a fantastic receptionist who was patient, polite and and all around nice person and in the right position she has great customer service skills , next into the exam room where I met another staff member nurse practitioner I believe she was also personable and made me feel very comfortable, then I met the Dr. Scarbrough I believe was her name she was also excellent, I’m so glad I went to Dunnellon they were all so nice and now I’m f... read more

Every thing went well. Filling out the patient info on the I pad was very easy, however, the insurance portion was a little confusing. Overall, experience was very friendly & pleasant.

Still sick with bronchitis after a week of strong meds. Switched to another antibiotic for another week. Staff is pleasant to deal with. Luckily yesterday there were only 2 patients in front of me so it went pretty quick. Highly recommend. Unfortunately only open 3 days a week here in Dunnellon

Instead of sitting around for awhile I was asked to fill out a contact form and received a text shortly after letting me know my appt time. After filling out some info about my health, I was brought back to see the NP. I was evaluated and prescribed meds to hopefully fix my bad cough and cold. Highly recommend this office.

First time to utilize this service. Took a fair amount of time to get checked in, but I think it was pretty efficient. But then I had to renter on a paper form a few items again at the window. Guess I don’t understand why the info filled out on the tablet wasn’t already entered into the system. But overall glad to have the care to answer questions, etc.
