The wait was a bit longer but due to my insurance authorization. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. The PA was knowledgeable and I feel better already. Would recommend to friends in Dunnellon.

Waiting longer than I should have because a wife of a Pt was acting loud and obnoxiously about her husband throwing up outside. Not everyone acts a certain way when they are sick. And just because one Pt is a “different” type sick doesn’t mean that they wait 10 mins and I had to wait 2 hours. And the front desk staff wasn’t very caring was quite rude about it when I asked why or for a refund since I wasn’t being seen. The NP was above and beyond kind and sweet, she needs a better front end staff and that place would be enjoy... read more
