I.went there on 7/6/25 everyone was very helpful and professional. The three ladies I talked to were friendly and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. I definitely will be returning there should I need medical care again and will highly recommended this facility to everyone I know .

There was no examination at all. Spent more time with a nurse than the NP who did nothing other than hand over orders.
Went in at 1:30 told to come back around 4 didn't get seen till 5:30. PA was awesome. You should have enough staff to keep the office open during lunch breaks so people don't have to wait 4 hrs to be seen.
Tried to call ahead to make an appointment, was told that system was down, but only a few people waiting. Went to Dunnellon office, signed in and was sent a text to register online (could have done the same from home). Upon beginning my ‘registration’, noted that the appointment time indicated on the registration was more than an hour out (again, could have been home waiting). When I met with the doctor, I explained to her that my daughter was just here the other day, and she had strep throat. I went to the Urgent Care because I was coughing, had a headache, had hard time breathing along with body aches. The doctor prescribed me prednisone and an inhaler ! She previously asked if I was asthmatic and I told her I wasn’t. I asked if she could prescribe me a Z-Pak or possibly some cough medicine. She said the prednisone would open up my airways.
