Great job all is well
I have been to other urgent care clinics and usually expect long wait times. When the one closest to me had a 4 hour wait, I decided to try the Dunnellon location. It was a little further away, but well worth the travel! I only waited about a half-hour. The clinic was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and practitioner Alan Hopkins was fantastic! He took the time to really help me and answered all my questions. Once again, nothing but positive from the time I walked in. The young lady at the front desk, my apologies, I didn't get her name, then the nurse who took my vitals, Ariel I believe, and then Ray Ann who took care of me as well. It really means so much when you are sick to see medical professionals who actually CARE and LISTEN! This is not something easily found anymore! Thank you guys so much for being so kind and helping me once again. I will continue to tell every one about this urgent care!
