Both nurse practitioners were excellent gave good advice, listen well and showed compassion

Friendly check in. All staff were working very hard to get everyone checked in and brought back as quickly as possible. I saw Joel Carter, APN. He took time to listen and give his opinion on my symptoms. It was a sinus infection. He emailed to my pharmacy the scripts needed. Today is the 2nd day taking the medicine and I’m starting to feel better. I thank everyone at Dunnellon Quick Care for the great service they give.

Your staff was great especially the young lady. She had so much trouble with your equipment and was last day there. She helped me filled information on my phone. Plus she explained about short-staffed.

Absolutely a great experience! The nurse and PA had amazing great bedside manners! They truly cared and in wasn't there long. The nurse I had deserves Employee of the month!!!!!! She was super sweet and so polite! I will definitely be going back to this location if needed!
