I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, Bri. Then I was seen by a very compassionate MA, Arial. And then final, Dr. Joanne was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The wait time was not bad at all. I definitely will come back if I needed an Urgent Care facility again.. This I say because sometimes it’s hard to feel sick and not get good treatment from a medical staff because they themselves are tired or overwhelmed. This team was awesome!

Everyone is always so wonderful. From the time I walk in the door and sign in. Rae Ann genuinely cares about her patients and always goes above and beyond to determine how to help and what medication (s) to prescribe for best results. I honestly have never had a physician be so caring and compassionate. Thank you guys for everything!

I had a Great experience, the receptionist was awesome, very friendly and got me in right away, the nurse and nurse's aid very professional and kind. The only thing I thought was a little too drawn out was the intake paper work.. Other than that I had a Great experience and will be back in the future. Thank you all very much.. Arrived at 11:30 am and finally seen at 3pm. Once I got seen the assistant and nurse were efficient.. it seems the front desk person could use more help. I was told I’d be seen about 2:15 and they would call. I never got a call, so l drove back up at 2;30 and they were closed until 2:50 for lunch. Not pleased with how long it took.
Wonderful care from caring and knowledgeable professionals. My second visit, first was for my husband, this time for me. Primary care physician too busy to fit me in, got excellent care here, when I needed it. Thank you all!
