I had lacerated my finger. All of the three staff members on call that day were wonderful and very caring and calming! I’m not sure of all of their names, but I believe the nurse’s name was Elaine, and the Nurse Practitioner was Bambi Heyer. All were wonderful to me!

It was all wonderful because when I got there, there was nobody there but being a “new patient” I had to fill out all the paper it’s all done by text and then online and I’m sorry I’m way too old for that crap and it took me forever to get through, but I did get through. Then I finally saw my thought was the doctor but it was a nurse and she was very nice and then APRN Bambi Heyer came in and she was very pleasant.
