My husband and I had a great experience. We live in Hernando but will definitely use this walk-in and will recommend it to others. We loved the PA.

The front desk person was very nice. She had a nice greeting. Knows her job. She gets a 5 star. Wish I had her name. Ms. Darlene Caulder was so nice. Very knowledgeable. Took her time to explain my sickness .

A long wait as I expected after a holiday A larger waiting room with more room between chairs would be nice but I expected all the coughing and runny noses and wore an N95 mask (too bad the worse offenders did not wear masks or cover their coughs effectively.). The attention and care I received was very good from registration to MA to Nurse Practitioner. I love this Quick Care. My PCP never has appointments for same day when you’re sick. Dr Rose is fantastic. She takes time and listens to my concerns and she is always smiling.
