Everyone was friendly and helpful and I felt I was well taken care of. However, I was disappointed that there was not an X-ray machine to get fully taken care of.

Check in was very polite and helpful with explaining why you didn’t take Cigna ( I’m sorry that I forgot the young man’s name. Also the assistant that brought us to an exam explained everything to Ella before she did it and promised that there wouldn’t be any shots today( Ella Mae is very scared of shots) and Dr. Rose was excellent she handled Ella Mae l with so much love and was ever so more gentle. Thank you for being there for us .

The office hours are great. They are convenient to people who work during the day. I had no waiting time, and I was greeted by a receptionist immediately. Hey was very helpful and explained what all forms I had to fill out. The staff was understanding, friendly and caring.
