from the check in to the check out I was totally satisfied. Everyone handled their responsibilities in a very professional manner. Kudos to the doctor
First off, everyone there is doing a fabulous job especially the CNA who checked me in but I can't remember her name. She introduced herself and told me exactly what was to happen. The Nurse Practitioner (Ami, I think) was fantastic. One disturbing issue was there were three people there with obviously respiratory symptoms and non wore a mast and none were provided which should have been. She listened to what was wrong but couldn't fix it put me on steroids for 6 days hopefully it will work I'm going to go to emergency room because I cannot get my primary doctor to do anything with your referral they didn't answer their phones or call me back so and I was in the same place I was when I came into you but thank you for trying she did a good job
I was planning on spending a few hours in the lobby waiting my turn. I brought a book and settled into my seat only to hear my name called the moment I got seated. I was pleased to speak with Rose a very pleasant woman who did my intake. She was sweet and kind and showed empathy for my pain. The entire staff was wonderful and very professional, fast, efficient and knowledgeable..I'm very pleased and should I need any further medical care I will definitely be returning to this office.
