Everything went great!
The wait time was quite long. And the music they had in the lobby was driving me nuts
Staff & MD were professional & pleasant. First visit to this facility.
Most of the staff was friendly. I didn't care for the way I was told about my issue. I prefer to go A-Z vs. directly to Z. I don't appreciate being told what COULD happen without any supporting information. Dont assume to know my future without, at the very least, bloodwork and tests. Deal with the issue at hand and move forward. Take the appropriate steps but there was no need to be fatalistic.
My medical need was taken care of when I could not book an appointment with my primary.
Admission staff was helpful and efficient. There was very little waiting time. The practitioner was able to prescribe medication that alleviated my problem withing a couple of days. I've been using this facility since 2019 and have always been thrilled with the results.
Very organized with little wait.
