I went in with severe itching. The medical technician(Erica) gave me a shot and I felt better. She was very nice. The nurse practitioner(Elaine) was nice also. The only thing that I did not like was waiting a long time in the lobby.

Overall, I was pleased. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The electronic registration had some glitches fore and was difficult to do on my phone when I was feeling so ill. The receptionist, Medical Assistant and April Weber, The Nurse Practitioner were al friendly and efficient

Checked in through my phone which was quite easy- after a short wait I was taken into the exam room and treated quite nicely while my vitals and information were taken by a friendly nurse. The Doctor was very nice, thorough and explained her thoughts on my condition very well. My prescriptions were immediately sent to my pharmacy. My visit here went great and I would return to quick care!
