Had a possible torn ligament/tendon on a finger. All the doc did was tape that finger to an adjoining one. The receptionist thought an X-ray would be needed, but he didn't. Followed up with an orthopedic doc. Yes I have a damaged tendon and am now wearing a splint for 8 weeks to let it heal.
