I was seen at your clinic for first time and was pleased with the service, the doctor was very good and treated me with great professionalism. The male Spanish nurse assistant that took my vital signs was attentive and caring, I would like to nominate him , his name is Carlos to be an outstanding employee. Everyone from the receptionists, the nurse and the physician were caring and professional, friendly and knowledgeable, my vote for employee of the month goes to Allen the physician, I really would like to have him for my primary care, he is that good.
PA Alan was great. Special thanks to nurse and receptionist who did a great job with check in and problem assessment. Receptionist did an outstanding job in the insurance assessment once I showed her the paperwork from our insurance.
Front check in was quick and efficient. Saw staff very soon after getting called back to a room.

Your receptionist was kind & considerate. Your nurse was so gentle & understanding of my situation. Dr. Hopkins is the absolute best. Listened & took his time answering all my questions. I will continue to use this facility. Love them.
Reception was very friendly and efficient in updating my information. The last time I visited was just over 3 years ago. The medical staff were very knowledgeable about my situation, and extremely helpful discussing options. Unfortunately, I was didn't capture any specific employee name, however, I don't think it should matter in my particular situation. Everyone I came into contact with were professional, friendly, helpful and appeared truly concerned with my health concern. Thank you!!
