I noticed an 18” long scratch after having my new car washed at Quick Quack on Sunrise Blvd. In Sacramento. I talked to a “visiting supervisor”. He filed an “Incident Report” which states that I will hear from Quick Quack within 3 days. After approx 10 days and nit having any luck getting ahiold of “Tyler” I went to the location and spoke to him. He said he didn’t get the “Incident Report”.
