Bad service, miscommunication amounts employees, and made me waste my time. Told me my truck wasn’t able to go into the car wash after making me wait 5 minutes and wasting my time. They mad me look like an idiot in front of the line. Guess I’ll be removing my family fleet away from quick quack.

Went to the car wash for a single wash. Was an outrageous price so I say I'll just pay for a month. Nice girl says great.! Swipes my card. I am then charged for the next 5 months. Didn't use the wash because I only paid for one month. Called corporate office when I realized and even though the very aggressive customer service agent could see I didn't use the wash, berated me for not reading the contract. What contract? I would not recommend it!!! Last week I took my 2015 Dodge challenger in for a wash Folsom location on Cavitt Dr) and the Machine ripped off my front license plate holder, my license plate, and gouged out the holes to there the screws no longer stay in my bumper. I made the report and it took over a week for the manager and regional manager to contact me. I went thru the Lichen location... as we were in the tunnel there was a noise and we were stopped.. pain leaving tunnel and pulling around to vaccum I notice a crack in my lower passenger side of my windshield. I immediately pull around to talk to someone at which point I had to wait over 20min.. finally Lakeisha comes over and barely looks at it and tells me I had that before coming, and try's to rush off. WHEN YOU TELL THEM I WANT THE $7.99 CAR WASH THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE A FREE CARS WASH AND LATER THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD (UNAUTHORIZED) $29.99. QUACK QUACK INITIALLY OFFERED A $0.99 CAR WASH AND EVIDENTLY, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, KEPT CREDIT CARD ON FILE!!! DID I SAY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!!

Poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered! Do not return multiple voice mail, email etc. I will need to write a letter to the President if Quick Quack because somewhere layers below him important information is being filtered..,ie he believes everything is fine.

The staff was very friendly to me each and every time I went through the wash. I do not think that the newly updated car wash cleans the car very well. Also, the vacuums do not work half the time. Multi complaints have been made to the staff and management. They are aware and apologize. As a major Business, I think they should be able to fix that problem, especially after updating the wash. So, my wife's car was damaged because the person I the car in front if them didnt go when they should have because the light to tell her to go was faulty. My wife hit her breaks but the car behind her hit her into the car in front of her. Quick Quack has stated it's their fault, but the owner of this particular location has no insurance for accidents. The owner of this location tries to "force" us to go to a body shop they are affiliated with. I wouldn't accept that as I have a reputable body shop I like to go to and so the ... read more
