Dr. Gruner, my primary care physician, has always given me a positive experience when I go to her office. She is very thorough and professional in dealing with me. However, at my last visit, I was very disappointed with the nurse in her office. She was rude and impatient, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I do not usually leave comments like this, but was so upset after leaving the office that I wanted to let someone know about my experience so this could be corrected. I have been with Dr Gruner since she started practicing in Zachary. She has always been thorough, professional, and personable!! Her knowledge and explanations are alway easy to understand. Hate to travel to Baton Rouge to see her but it is always well worth the trip.
