Dr. Gruner, my primary care physician, has always given me a positive experience when I go to her office. She is very thorough and professional in dealing with me. However, at my last visit, I was very disappointed with the nurse in her office. She was rude and impatient, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I do not usually leave comments like this, but was so upset after leaving the office that I wanted to let someone know about my experience so this could be corrected.
