The staffs were very nice throughout the process and they made me feel that i was in the right place.
I simply cannot put into words my gratitude for the entire staff at RAD. From day one, everyone has been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. This process, is no easy feat. We loved our time with Rad. They helped guide us through an incredibly difficult journey of IVF and high risk pregnancy. They were compassionate and knowledgeable and we are grateful for everyone we worked with.
The RAD team was amazing to work with. Every single person was so kind and patient; from the front desk, to the lab techs, to the nurses, and sonographers. Every single person was kind and thorough. I cannot say enough wonderful things about RAD!

Easy to take appointments, great treatment options availability, I like the over all experience I had at RAD.
Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The entirety of the staff is incredible, friendly, helpful and warm. We felt cared for and looked after from the very beginning until our final appointment. We are so very grateful to everyone there.
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly at RAD. Clarice at the front desk always brightened your day and greeted with a big smile. The friendliness of the staff is the greatest attribute of the center. I felt that the appointments were efficient and short wait times which is important!
