My husband and I are so grateful for RAD. They were so patient and informative with our journey. We have a healthy baby boy and we were sad when we graduated from RAD. Gina was amazing she was so sweet and happy for us when we had a positive pregnancy test. It was nice to see her each time I came into the office. We would be forever thankful for RAD and how it helped to grow our little family.
Very friendly and organized team, from the physicians to the front desk, especially during the early part of the pandemic. Most of the PAs I worked with were very communicative and emotionally intuitive. Dr. McGirk was very helpful with an on call issue with my prescription not being sent on time from earlier in the day. I also liked the setup of the portal system.
The few years i spent getting treatments at RAD were great from the first visit to the follow up post the delivery of my son. Dr. Neinhardt was the first DR to believe me about my period pain and we made a plan together. After finally getting a diagnosis was a breathe of fresh air after years of being told my infertility was unexplained. Rad has been amazing! From my first appt to my last(12 weeks pregnant), they have made me feel like family. Going through infertility is hard, embarrassing and emotionally draining. Rad made the entire process easier. The staff is top notch and probably the best providers I have ever treated with. If you are considering Rad, think no further. They will take care of you.
Being treated at RAD was an experience I will never forget. Everyone had the best bedside manner and the most positive attitudes! It was quite an experience and process to go through, but the team at RAD made it all possible. I have my miracle and I will never stop being grateful to everyone who made that possible!
