We are forever grateful to RAD for helping us complete our family. Learning we had secondary infertility was surprising and disappointing, but from the first phone call I made to our "graduation day", every staff member we encountered was wonderful. They were sensitive, empathic, and kind, but also honest and straightforward about our options and what we should expect; we felt very supported in our journey with IVF. Thank you RAD and the amazing science that gave us our baby boy! We definitely BEE-lieve!
Easy to take appointments, great treatment options availability, I like the over all experience I had at RAD.
Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The entirety of the staff is incredible, friendly, helpful and warm. We felt cared for and looked after from the very beginning until our final appointment. We are so very grateful to everyone there.
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly at RAD. Clarice at the front desk always brightened your day and greeted with a big smile. The friendliness of the staff is the greatest attribute of the center. I felt that the appointments were efficient and short wait times which is important!
The RAD team is an amazing group of medical staff to work with! Clear communication of our reproductive options and supportive nurses and staff helped us at every step along the way. Looking forward to returning to RAD when I'm ready for the next baby !
