Very impressed with Angel and Melissa who handled a wire transaction and looked out for me when the loan numbers did not match and advised me to get further verification before sending the wire. Angel and Melissa waited patiently until I could get verification that I was sending the funds to the proper dept even if they had to start over. Finding caring people is a breath of fresh air in the banking industry.
