You pulled through again helping my wife and I find peace of mind knowing she’s safe on the road and her vehicle won’t break down.

My experience was great because of Carol’s efficiency and professionalism. She assisted me through the process of closing my account due to fraud and opening a new account. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant and accommodating throughout the entire process. She also followed up with a phone call the next day. I walked away from RCU feeling great because of my experience with Carol Kelly at the branch office on 43rd Street.

Very professional and knowledgeable Membership Officer Mr Thomas Jackson answered all our questions and my wife and I were finished setting up both checking and savings accounts within an hour.
