The whole process of applying for and signing documents to receive a Visa credit card with Radiant was quick, easy, and pleasant. I really appreciate the clerk at the 43rd Street Branch staying just a little past closing time to get my credit card issued. At this time of thanks, I am very thankful for Radiant Credit Union
I had an emergency to send money to one of my accounts out of town several tellers were so helpful. Mr.Michael did not give up on me or my dilemma he worked hard to figure out what to do and he solved my problem it was fixed in a matter of minutes. Thank you for your patience.
I’m very pleased 💯 for the service received to get the loan for my vehicle, Toyota 2017. I was able to save more money and get advice about information that I didn’t know at that time. The monthly payment was ajuste the way I can afford it. This is not the first time I had a loan for a vehicle with This Credit Union, and all the time I have been very satisfied. The customer service I received was exceptional. The representative, Michael Vaughn went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my loan application. He also proactively helped me set up my account and online banking access. I am thoroughly please with the service I received today.
