I have been with this credit union for over 20 years. Can't recall ever having a problem with them. I had a personal savings and checking account and recently opened a business savings and checking account. Steven at Alachua branch set down with me and set it up and answered my questions. I even took on a new credit card. I was looking at their reviews online. Maybe 2-3 one star reviews and I love how they answer those complaints, concerns, and even crude comments.
