I needed to add someone to my account and it was handled so professionally, as well as convenient and quick. I love Radiant CU!
Very nice and polite and answered my questions fully and I'm very happy
Going to Radiant CU is like visiting family. They are friendly, helpful, and know you by name not number. My last visit was to meet with the bank manager, Kirstie, and she was extremely helpful with helping me fill out the paperwork necessary to transfer money into a new account. Sometimes all that paperwork can be very confusing. Thank you Chiefland Radiant CU! Connie Loy
Marcy Brown was a great help thru the entire process. Would highly recommend her and radian to my friends and family.
Great it didn't take long great people been with yall a long time
Had some problems trying to setup on my cellphone but came in next day and the young lady helped me set it up. Also entered who we wanted as a beneficiary.
Everyone is great to work with. The whole process of transferring my loan was easy and stress free.
You are there for us Thanks
Very friendly
