I have been with this credit union for over 20 years. Can't recall ever having a problem with them. I had a personal savings and checking account and recently opened a business savings and checking account. Steven at Alachua branch set down with me and set it up and answered my questions. I even took on a new credit card. I was looking at their reviews online. Maybe 2-3 one star reviews and I love how they answer those complaints, concerns, and even crude comments. Opening a credit card account to transfer a balance was easy. Marcy explained the process and was quick to respond to questions.

I was treated extremely well by all involved and the entire loan process went very smoothly.
It would have been nice to know that all new accounts will have automatic holds placed on checks before I made the deposit today or maybe when I opened the account. Had I known, I would have wired it or gone down to Seacoast and just withdrew the cash to deposit.

Why is it that more than 3 to 4 times a month your ATM is down. I’ve actually have had to go to other banks to withdraw money. Pay that bank a fee for using their ATM and a fee to my bank for using your ATM . And no I don’t want to go thru the drive thru window and fill a withdrawal slip and no i don’t want to get down and go into the lobby either especially when it’s raining. Down ATM’s 4time a month is not acceptable.
