On May 23 2004 I asked for my debit card to be cancelled (suspicious activity)and a replacement sent to me. As of today June 3 2004 have no new debit card putting me in financial hardship. Please overnight me a new debit card. J. Gilbreath 9860

Mr. Ronnie Grant was very nice took his time to help me figure what I was looking at on my online account I was so happy with him on the phone because I was very frustrated but he was very patient and nice. Love my bank

I started this process in August and here it is about to be November & I cannot access the money that was deposited into my account. I’ve tried calling but was told BOA would not receive the funds/transfer. I’m not sure what to really do at this point. This has been a long tedious process. I feel like I am pestering the staff there when I reached out for answers. Things could have been more transparent. Especially the timeline of how long the process would take & when the funds would be available.
