8 days for the process. Long process and many errors.
Applied to refinance a vehicle online & after 3-4 days, never heard a word. Called on a Friday & spoke with Shana & sent her everything she asked for. Called to make sure she received everything; no response. Sent emails; no response. Called multiple times the following week & left her VM; no response. She even “promised” to call me after a training class; no response. The following Friday I insisted someone else take over, so Tarrin stepped in & had it all done in a few hours! 5 stars for Tarrin!
