RecommendedI’m changing my review for one reason only and that is because Knikkia was so wonderful throughout this process. She was kind, patient, and professional the entire time and she is definitely an asset to your company. That being said, I do still believe training can be implemented to make your representatives better able to assist when a customer passes. Empathy training should be a high priority.
I recently called in with a problem that the representative could not solve....and did not know how it could be solved by a manager, for example. Well get this.....within oh...20 minutes a manager called me and we got everything ironed out. I have been with JFCU about 25 years....and this exemplifies their goal of constantly fine customer service !!

I've with JFCU since the 90's and they are they only bank next to Navy Federal that I deal with. I have nothing but high praise for them, they have work with me since day one, All my cars and trucks have been purchased threw them...
Dune Avenue staff are the best I love doing business with them they are very helpful and friendly.
My experience has been a great one, the staff members are very polite and were very helpful in helping me get what i needed, would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Glad i switched❤
