I love the tellers and branch officers at the 103rd Street branch. They welcome us by name when we walk in even though we are fairly new customers. They genuinely care and enthusiastically try to help us no matter what the request. If we haven't been there in awhile, they tell us they missed seeing us. I worked for a large bank for almost 20 years and your 103rd Street bank staff exceeds my customer service expectations each time. Thank you.
