Used to be able to say great things about Jax Federal Credit Union. However, our most recent loan experience has been riddled with issue after issue, misinformation and charges for insurance when we weren’t even given the clear to take possession of the vehicle. Poor, poor service. Can no longer recommend Jax Federal Credit Union to anyone.

I ve been trying to talk to Tammy --- the supervisor over collection department about the discrepancy on my case : after 8 days of calling back and forth she finally called back yesterday and in the middle of the talk hung up the phone and did not assist me at all in regards to my auto loan. I tried to be nice and patient with the bank, but after this situation I am going to sue the bank. My car is badly damaged, they did not send any documents which they are required by law to mail about my situation ....Hope that this mess... read more

They are thieves who also allowed my account to be accessed and charged even after notifying them and asking them to stop transactions after my card went missing. The thief made multiple transactions after I notified the bank, and after every transaction, I was also charged an overdraft fee after every time my money was stolen and not notified, the bank stole more money from me than the actual fee, then they have the audacity to blame me and ask me to pay what they and the hacker stole. Account was closed without notice being sent in the mail! One agent told me one amount but another told me something else! Second representative was horrible,rude,disrespectful. Understand it’s your job to keep your calm no matter how badly someone yells at you I know I was in the wrong but at the same time the unprofessionalism certainly came out on her. I’ll NEVER HAVE ANYONE OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

I have read several comments of satisfied customers. However this has not been my experience. I have contemplated moving my business several times but I'm a creature of habit and I possess a warped sense of loyalty. I been a member over a decade. This last transaction may be just the one to set me ablaze.

My husband was contacted last night at 8pm by the fraud department due to suspicious activity on his debit card. It was infact fraud and his card was cancelled. I called the contact center today and asked them to send him a new card and was informed that he would have to call or come by in person. We have had the same joint account for 12 years, I've called in the past and ordered him a card with no issue. I would completely understand if I were at a branch asking for a card issued in his name to be printed but I'm not. I'm ... read more

They closed my bank account for no reason without me knowing and left me in a huge bind. They never attempted to contact me on any level before doing so.

Answering the telephone would be a start. Your call back feature has a few bugs, it will not allow me to enter my 10 digit phone number for a call back I have been number 1 in the queue for 45 minutes. For others looking for a decent bank to do business with keep looking

I can’t wait to move my account from this bank. I am a victim of credit card fraud. After getting everything together and then reviewing my account I was then told it would take 5-7 business days for a refund! This is ridiculous!! The money is insured so not sure y it takes so long to refund me MY money. Other banks does not take this long. Will be leaving very soon
