They literally put my mom in harms way. I personally had a really bad experience with them. They made a lot of false promises. There are to many things on the list that they need to make improvements on.

To be specific about our approach, we were in continual contact with your mom’s POA who is considered to be a part of the care team. Additionally, due to an abundance of caution, we brought in the licensing authority who is fully aware of your family situation. Any questions you might have would best be directed to your relative who is the POA.
I would tell others looking into this facility to run away. They were not properly staffed at all and when we went to tour there were no covid protocols.

We moved my mom one week after her arrival. The care ratio is very low. The workers have to many patients to care for. This was not the place for my mom.

I toured this community and did not like that it was out dated. I did not stay and talk with the staff. It was not the environment was not good. I would suggest that other families see this community for the care of a loved one here on there own

clean facility nice food but seems to be shorthanded with employees. My Friend had to wait a long time for someone to help her get dressed. Both arms in casts. seems to have some bookkeeping errors as far as getting orders filled and etc.

My overall rating is because of "bait and switch" . We were told how much it would be and that the rates had recently gone up and they didn't expect another for a long time and if so it would only be 3 1/2%. 4 months after moving in and after making some friends and is comfortable, we get a letter informing us that her rent, starting in January, is going up 20%!! YES 20%!! unbelievable. We placed her there because she could afford it for a couple of years. Now with the rent increase it sharply decreases that amount of time. ... read more
