I didn't get to go inside because the marketing director didn't return my calls. I saw the outside of the building and it looked nice, it was a little choppy, as far as getting from the apartment to the dining and activity areas. If it was rainy weather it was tricky for resident to get to the dining room, or at least under an overhang so that was kind of a compromise. Rancho Vista was fantastic but it was twice my mortgage! The cost included everything. They would come to take my mother to activities and all the meals and take care of all her medication.

He lives there but he doesn't get any medical services or anything. He's only had one problem with his refrigerator. I'm not sure if that's been resolved yet. He's not participating in the activities because he's still working. He's only there for respite care because he wants meals and clean sheets. I haven't heard any complaints other than sometimes there's no parking. Basically, everything is fine.

Toured Tuesday, August 27. Memory care. Very nice dining room. Carports with storage. Smells nice, clean. More active residents; less walkers. Updated rooms. 2bedroom are not near dining area and might be only independent living. Hills and ramps.

The room I was saw was very small. My queen bed wouldn’t fit and no living space. While I was there I saw no residents other than one in the lobby. Also no inter action with staff other than my guide. I am looking forward for a little larger place as this was small. Also given no information on other rooms that might become available later.

This facility advertises a medical model which is false. We have filed multiple health and licensing department grievances. The company filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy which changed their name from [community removed] to the current name. Unfortunately, their deceitful marketing practices, poorly trained caregivers, and inept executives' ways won't change. My loved one is thriving at their home versus the poor quality of life at this facility.

We are open to constructive feedback, but this review is more misleading than helpful. We are a licensed assisted living community for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care seniors. Those who require a higher level of care beyond the support of daily activities and medication management should seek out a higher level, medical-based facility that offers skilled nursing care.
The constant change of administrative staff is kind of annoying. I wish they would put an importance of keeping the staff. Very high turnover rate for what they are charging. The food could always be better. The staff is very responsive though. I would prefer if they had more staff for the care of my mother.

They literally put my mom in harms way. I personally had a really bad experience with them. They made a lot of false promises. There are to many things on the list that they need to make improvements on.
