My mother [name removed] has been a resident of Pacifica. Our family could not be happier with her very attentive and compassionate care. From the front desk, nurses, med techs, caregivers, dining room staff, maintenance workers and housekeeping ~ all are very dedicated hard working as well as very personable and efficient. When I chose Pacifica Vista ten months ago as the residence that would best serve my mom's needs, I did so because I was impressed with the staff. I'm so happy I made that choice. Sadly, under the current conditions for sheltering in place,my mom's physical and mental state and deteriorated but your staff has done a wonderful job of meeting her needs with such compassion even with the increased demands of their jobs brought on by COVID-19 conditions. I presently reside in this community. It is wonderful. The attention and care given to the residents is the best. Activities are numerous and cover the entire spectrum of residents. The staff, what can I say, the best and only the best. Knowledgeable, caring, and always working with the residents.
