We have used Gerry Wood to service our Hondas for 19 years, and wouldn't take them anywhere else, but we recently purchased a BMW (in addition to our Accord), and needed somewhere local for its state inspection as the non-franchise specialist who services it (there is no BMW franchise in/ near Salisbury) does not do state inspections. So naturally we trusted Gerry Wood to take care of the inspection on our BMW for us.
We've brought our Accords to Gerry Wood for all repairs and service, everything from routine oil changes to engine swaps, since we moved to Salisbury 19 years ago. They have never disappointed us, and we wouldn't take them anywhere else.
I’ve always had a very good experience GerryWood Honda. The service department is wonderful. I could have my Honda serviced closer to me, but I am so pleased at GerryWood that I drive to Salisbury. I have purchased my last two CRVs there and I will continue to do business with GerryWood.
I have worked with Jessica for the last 4 years and she has been the most professional individual I have worked with. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done. As long as she is working with your organization I will stay a customer.

This is the place to go if you are in the market for a new/used car!! The whole crew is amazing!!! We went in to test drive some vehicles we had already looked into but ended up leaving with a new car!! Gary Junker was not pushy and very patient! Josh in finance was amazing also! They were not even upset that we kept them past their closing time!! I will say this Gerry Wood is all about their customers!!!
