Great customer service! I felt I was heard and had someone to actually listen to me. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly.

I have been servicing our 2018 Pilot at Gerry Wood since purchasing it at the same dealership. Everyone from the front door out to the back detail shop are awesome people. They're all super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to my issues and make sure my Pilot is in tip top shape. I enjoy going in for service as I cut up with the lot of them and they all have a great sense of humor! I wouldn't dream of going to another dealership.... EVER!!
Jessica in the service department is amazing. She is always helpful and goes out of the way in the name of customer service. She makes sure things are done timely and affordable.
