Service Advisors Adam Rowson and Shane Gibb provided exceptional service in resolving an “engine warning light” issue. Options were presented for repairing our Honda Pilot, and the actual shop time was about an hour, less time than was projected.
Had purchased a new 2020 Accord in early 2021 from Gerry Wood, trading in a 1990 Accord with over 100K mileage. From buying the car at this dealership and now two scheduled routine servicing visits, my experiences have been excellent with both staff and facility. The most recent servicing coordinated by Shane was through and efficient in less than one hour.
Thé service department took great care of me, even though I was visiting from out of town. And, my vintage Prelude is never an easy fix (because parts are so difficult to find).
