Pretty quick but a little unorganized.. They got everything together really quickly and my initial agent was very personable. It may have just been a one off thing, but my initial agent went out of town and while he was gone I had three other people from the company emailing me to get the documents. That being said, they got everything taken care of over the course of about a week and my loan is in much better shape because of it.
