Truck refinancing I was approved right away. Mark Denny was very nice and handled my loan and got everything rolling. They sent the pay off to my other financing company which took awhile for them to process. I didn't really have any problems at all with the process.

The process was very easy!. They find you the best interest rate!! I was nervous at first doing it online but it was legit!!
Fairly Easy Applying for the refinance was quick and seemless. My paperwork did get misplaced which cause a delay and a little added stress but it was cleared up within 24 hours. I did feel that the communication on the lender's end could've been better but that is out of RateGenious' hands. I was able to lower imy interest rate by about 2% and lower my monthly payments by about $40. I would use this service again.
